Passing the Torch to the Next Generation: In 1997, the HVAC community mourned the loss of Gene Grotto. However, his legacy lived on as his son, Bill Grotto, stepped into leadership. Under Bill's guidance, Polar Air expanded its focus to not only residential maintenance and replacement but also placed a significant emphasis on commercial construction projects.

Diversifying into Commercial Construction: With Bill Grotto at the helm, Polar Air became a key player in commercial HVAC installations. Our expertise has graced the construction of numerous hotels and warehouses in Pooler and surrounding areas. A Third Generation Legacy: Today, the Polar Air team is proud to carry on the Grotto legacy into the third generation with Daniel and William Grotto.
